Michelle's Hot Artichoke Dip

Mix in:
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Shredded Parmesean Cheese (reserve some for top of dip)
1 8oz Softened Cream Cheese
1Tblsp Fresh Dill
1-2 Cloves Garlic

Drain and pat dry fold in with the above:
1 Can "Maria's" Artichoke quarters or bottoms (NOT marinated)

Fold into ungreased casserol dish.
Top with reserved cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly, broil for color.

Serve hot with sliced Baguette...

So I've decided, a blog sounds so daunting. so maybe I'll micro blog. Just share fun little thinks I find. random things some party/wedding related, some 20-30..and well whatever is going on in my family. Maybe this will have a clearer vision as I go with it, right now I'm just going to do it...
